Insurance Coverages

Commercial Auto

  • Liability - Liability coverage pays for Bodily Injury and Property Damage for which you are liable up to the policy limits you choose.
  • Physical Damage - Physical damage coverage pays for damage to your vehicle.
  • Uninsured Motorist (UM) and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) - Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage protects an insured when someone injures them and has no insurance (UM coverage) or lacks sufficient insurance to pay for the damages (UIM coverage).
  • Medical Payments - Medical payments coverage pays for medical bills for occupants of a covered vehicle.
  • Cargo - Cargo coverage pays for damages to goods you transport for hire or when transporting your own goods.
  • In-Tow - In-tow coverage pays for damage to a customer's auto that is towed or carried by your truck.
  • Trailer Interchange - Trailer Interchange coverage pays for damages for which you are liable up to the limit chosen and only applies to trailers you do not own that are in your control or possession.
  • Truckers General Liability - Truckers General Liability pays for bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury, and medical expenses arising out of your for-hire trucking operations.

Motor Truck Cargo

  • Loading and Unloading - Covers accidental breakage of cargo during loading and unloading process.
  • Refrigeration Breakdown - Covers losses caused by malfunctions in temperature control units.
  • Earned Freight - Replaces income lost when a load cannot be delivered due to a covered cargo loss.

General Liability

  • Liability - Our general liability coverage is divided into two categories of liability coverage: Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability coverage and Personal & Advertising Injury Liability coverage.
    • Bodily Injury & Property Damage - Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability coverage pays for bodily injury and property damage for which you are liable up to the policy limits you choose. This coverage does not pay for damages caused by the use of an auto; for that you need one of our auto insurance policies. This coverage is subject to certain other exclusions as well.     • Personal & Advertising Injury - Personal & Advertising Injury Liability coverage pays for damages caused by a personal and advertising injury for which you are liable up to the policy limits you choose. Personal and advertising injury includes false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, wrongful eviction by a landlord, slander, libel, copyright infringement in your advertisements, and certain other offenses.
  • Medical Expense - Medical Expense coverage pays for medical bills for persons injured on your premises or by your operations, regardless of fault, up to the policy limits you choose.
  • Care, Custody, or Control - Care, Custody, or Control coverage pays for damages to a customer’s personal property in your care, custody, or control.
  • Garagekeepers - Garagekeepers coverage pays for damages to a customer’s auto that is left with you for service, repair, storage or safekeeping.

Garage Insurance

  • Liability - Liability coverage pays for Bodily Injury and Property Damage for which you are liable, whether the liability arises out of garage operations or the use of a covered auto, up to the policy limits you choose.
  • Physical Damage (Dealers Open Lot) - Physical Damage coverage pays for damages to covered vehicles. You may purchase this coverage for scheduled vehicles or for vehicles held for sale at your location, commonly referred to as Dealers Open Lot.
  • Uninsured Motorist (UM) and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) - Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage protects an insured when someone injures them and has no insurance (UM coverage) or lacks sufficient insurance to pay for the damages (UIM coverage).
