Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced engineer responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and physical structures. Day hours with overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and related vocational courses
• 2-3 years related work experience
• 3rd grade engineer's license
• Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs. and more, work with small hand tools, operate heating and cooling equipment, make electrical and plumbing repairs, paint and shovel snow by hand or with snowblower
• Mechanical aptitude and skills
• Basic plumbing skills
• Electrical skills
• Knowledge of chillers
• EPA certification preferred
