Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Claim Technical Examiner. Responsibilities include investigating, evaluating and supporting the defense, management and resolution of construction defect claims.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
• A Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years related work experience
• Knowledge of construction design and bid documents, contracts and expert reports
• Knowledge of litigation and arbitration issues and procedures
• Excellent investigation, analysis, negotiation, time management and communication skills
• Law Degree preferred
