We have an immediate opening for an entry level professional in Product Management. This individual will provide technical and analytical support in our software development area and design and maintain applications to meet the users’ requirements. This includes developing, maintaining, testing, implementation, and documentation of the project specifications to satisfy user requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in computer engineering, computer science, math, physics, chemistry, or other quantitative-related field
• Excellent math and quantitative skills
• Knowledge in Visual Basic, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server is a plus

The hours are flexible between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 20-25 hours per week during the school year are available depending on the applicant's schedule and 30-40 hours per week are available during the summer.

Duties include:

• Evaluating risk acceptability based on driver quality, loss history, and overall business operations
• Identifying and communicating potential problems to lead underwriter(s)
• Initial quoting of renewal policies for further review by an underwriter
• Researching and reviewing policies for state reporting data
• Preparing materials to send to policyholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore, junior, or senior
• Major in business, math, or equivalent
• Work with detail with accuracy
• Knowledge of basic math
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills

• Researching and developing ideas and writing articles for quarterly Wellness newsletter
• Writing wellness-related and company activity articles for weekly Company newsletter
• Assisting with Company activities and Human Resources projects
